A New Way to See

Walk In Spirit’s Shoes

The following words came to me today….which reminds me of the quote of walking in another’s shoes. If I walk in Spirit’s shoes, He lightens the load I have put on myself, because I “see” through His eyes, “hear” with His ears, “think” with His Mind—which is really my right-mind.

It is always my choice as to what I see.
Do I want to see a fear filled world of grievance and attack? The false thoughts of the wrong-mind will be represented to me. The witnesses to sin will be the companions I walk with. The mistaken choice I made that I am guilty brings the images of a world in misery, loss and despair.

Therefore, If I do not like the way I feel, I can choose once more. I determine if I choose peace or war. My holy mind knows nothing of conflict, spite and guilt. I choose to follow my Guardian of truth, to look past the images I have made. When I choose to see differently, the truth reveals itself in my awareness. When I choose to “see” with my Guardian, I find a world of joy, forgiveness and laughter. The world then is a place of innocence and pure loving thoughts. Everything is holy here because my choice has made it so.

When I remind my self of the choice I make, I can feel the change within the body as my mind changes its focus. I feel a lightness and a softening to the idea that my body is not real. There is gladness to accept that the images around me are only my thoughts reflected back to me. With lighter feeling, I no longer take or make everything serious. As I accept the truth I can laugh at every image I have made. Every image that I made up is but a joke to trick my self into believing that it (image) was real. I gladly accept the correction that my Guardian gives to me. His correction reminds me that what was never accomplished does not need to be “undone.”

What do I want to see?
Only the gifts that true vision has brought to me. A happy dream where forgiveness has set me and everyone free.
