Choose Peace and Rest in God’s Care

When we went to Holy Spirit for insight, we received the following:

Mary:  This is a time of trust. This is a time of remembering to choose peace first. This is a time to remember that you do not know anything. This is a time of opening your mind to receive inspiration in the present moment. And in the present moment, you will be told about how you can serve the awakening.

This is a time of letting go of the past and the future. This is a time to wake up to the Light That you are. This is a time of remembering to relax and rest in God. This is a time to remember that you are safe in the Mind of God. This is a time to remember that you remain Love in the Mind of Love, no matter what scary dreams you are dreaming.

This is a time to remember that the dream does not matter. The dream does not matter. ONly waking up from the dream matters. Only serving the Holy Spirit in the present moment matters. Amen.

Sharyn:  As you rest in peace today, know that this is natural. This is your natural inheritance. Let peace lead the way in all of your doing today and remember as it leads the way, feel the feelings of being in the flow of natural peace.

In your world, peace has been the exception instead of the natural, normal way of Life. That needs to be reversed. All the doings that you have to do today must be led by peace. And then you will see how effortlessly the tasks are taken care of. Peace is your inheritance. Please accept it. It is God’s gift to you, one of His many. You deserve peace. You do deserve to step back, step into the peace and allow everything else to unfold naturally, with Me leading the way.

Picture a very large circle behind you, a circle of Light. It is a circle of peace and it follows you wherever you go. Now picture any situation you come upon today or any day and mentally take one step back into that peace circle of Light before any decisions are made. Only make decisions from standing in that peace circle. When someone asks something of you, step back mentally into the circle before you give the answer. It only takes a second. It is very easy. In the circle of peace and Light I have all the answers just waiting for you. You will be led by Me as to what to do, what to say or to whom. Bless you.

Annie: God’s care: God cares for everyone. You are in God’s care. This means He is always carrying you gently through all your life’s experiences. Let yourself be cared for. All the thoughts you have had in the past about other people and God not caring for you can be healed right now. Let those thoughts be undone and corrected by Spirit. The truth is you are deeply cared for. Put your cares in God’s hands. He is the true care-giver. Put your worries under God’s care. In His presence, they will all disappear. All is well.

Dorie:  Now and in this moment see all things as you go on in a new light. Reaching out for new forms, new ways of doing things. Nothing shall be the same. Extend Love and all will be provided.

Robert:  When you choose peace, you choose to rest in God’s care. There is no greater rest. When you choose peace, you stop wearying yourself. It is your own attempts to plan for your safety and your happiness that wearies you. On your own you have no idea what will bring you real safety and real happiness. But when you choose to step into peace you open your heart and mind to God’s care. His will for you is perfect happiness. In His changelessness is your invulnerable safety. In His Love you find the Love that you are. Choose peace today and rest in God.

Only God Can Ever Happen

When we went to Holy Spirit for insight, we received the following:

Robert: Peace is your natural state. If you experience anything else, your thoughts are mistaken. You are believing in something that is not there. It is that belief that must be forgiven. You cannot forgive it on your own because it is the idea that you are on your own that must be forgiven. The good news is that you are not on your own. Your true Self remembers your unity with Love, remembers there is no “other” — only Love.

So when you experience any disturbance, step back, return to peace the best you can and ask to see as Love sees. Love will show you what is real and what is not. In the recognition of what is not real, you easily let go of the unreal. Your mind returns to peace, its natural state. This practice is the only meaningful use of time. Let this day be another day of peaceful, happy practice.

Annie: “Only God can ever happen.” God is all there is. Everything real happens in God. Everything has its Beingness in God. Outside of God, there is nothing. In God all is changeless and perfectly trustworthy. God is not capable of abandoning anyone because He holds everyone in His Heart forever. That is our Home — God’s all embracing Heart. Do not ever forget this.

Mary: Today I have a choice. Today will I abandon God? Or, will I accept God as God is? God is pure, changeless Love. God is all that really exists. Will I allow myself today to be aware of Love’s Presence? It is my choice.

If I am not happy or fearful, it is helpful for me to remember that I have abandoned God. God has not abandoned me. God is waiting quietly for my return to changeless Love. And God provides the means for my return through the Holy Spirit, Who resides in my mind eternally.

So today I have a choice. Will I abandon God or will I accept God through the help of the Holy Spirit in my mind? My job today is to consistently step back and move into a place of quiet where the Holy Spirit resides. It is there that I am brought back to sanity. It is there that I am brought back to the eternal truth that only God is real.

Mind Your Own Business — Let Spirit Take the Lead

When we went to Holy Spirit for insight, we received the following:

Mary:  Let go of the past. Let go of the future and today practice living in the eternal present. Practice listening and receiving insight as to what is next for you each hour. Practice remembering that you rest in God right now. Right now you rest in God. That is the truth. Now is the time to accept the reality that you are Love and only Love in the Mind of Love. This Love never changes. In Love there is no time, no form of any kind. In Love there is eternal peace, eternal joy, eternal happiness.

Let happiness fill your heart today. You will know that you have left happiness if you are not feeling it flow through you. Let that be the signal to once again step back, let go and let your eternal Spirit take the lead. Your eternal Spirit knows what is most helpful in your dream in that particular moment. Step back and let yourself be led.

Annie:  Realize you are pure Life so you can put sickness and death behind you, for they never were. Realize that you are Light Itself, so you can put dark and hidden thoughts behind you, for they are nothing. Realize you are Love so you can put all fear, hatred and guilt behind you, because they have never been yours. Realize you are one with All That Is. It cannot Be any other way.

Life, Light, Love and Oneness are your inheritance. Accept Them and you will definitely get a new vision of yourself. This true Identity is My gift to you today and every day. You are indeed a child of God forever and ever. Amen.

Robert:  Mind your own business. Your business is to overlook the forms of the world and see only Love. Your business is to forgive, to let go of the past, to recognize that nothing ever happened but Love. Your business is to see the face of Christ in all your brothers. You do this by recognizing that your brother is not a form, not a behavior, not an action nor an image. Your brother is the same Love you are.

It is not your business to make anybody “else” change or do anything. This is because the appearance of someone “else” is a projection from your mind. If you try to fix the “other” you are trying to fix the projection, not the cause. The cause is in your mind. Trying to fix another or a situation is a mechanism to avoid healing the cause. Mind your own business. MYOB. Mind your own business and you walk the way to freedom.

Allowing Peace to Lead Your Thoughts and Actions

When we went to Holy Spirit for insight, we received the following:

Robert:  Stay in peace. Make all decisions from a state of peace. Fear and peace cannot co-exist. If you are not in peace you are in fear, a sign of underlying guilt. Vigilance for peace is your way out of the dream of separation and guilt. Peace comes with forgiveness, letting go of attachment to any form, any image, any thought of separation.

To be in peace, you must let go of all preconceived ideas of what “should be.” Making plans on your own is unforgiveness. It is an attempt to bring the past, which is only remembered in unforgiveness and to use the past to construct an image of the future. A healed mind does not plan because a healed mind has let the past go.

As you are awakening from the dream of isolation, the Holy Spirit, your true Self, will guide your doing in the dream. The Holy Spirit’s purpose for your doing is always to lead you out of the dream. The ego on the other hand, sees all doing as a means to make the separation seem real. When you choose to open to the peace of your true Self, you choose to leave the ego behind and to open to the guidance that leads you Home. Choose peace and find freedom.

Mary: To choose peace, start by taking a deep breath and exhale slowly. Continue taking several slow, deep breaths until you feel yourself moving into a more relaxed state. Focus on the idea of just letting everything go. Focus on the idea of letting your mind be an empty bowl. Then ask the Holy Spirit to fill that empty bowl with Its healing Light.

Allow yourself to feel the healing Light as it fills your mind. Allow yourself to feel the peace that is replacing all the conflicted thoughts that were there before. Welcome the feeling of peace as it grows stronger in your mind. Thank Holy Spirit for this healing gift. Let yourself relax in God’s gift of peace.

From this place of infinite peace, ask Holy Spirit for insight that would be most helpful for you right now. When I ask, this is what I receive:

Practice staying in this place of peace and let yourself be directed in each now moment. Let go of the past and the future. Just let yourself be guided in the present moment. Allow the feeling of resting in God to come to the surface of your mind. As you continue to rest in God, what you need to do will be made known to you in each present moment. As you do each thing, continue remembering that you rest in God and that this is your only truth. This is how you let the Holy Spirit lead. Try this today.

Let Today Be a Day of Resurrection

This Easter morning we went to Holy Spirit for insight. We received the following:

Mary:  Easter is the symbol of the resurrected Christ. This is a reminder to you to let your mind be resurrected so that you can be aware of your true Identity as one with the Christ Mind. This takes a willingness to let go of the false idea of being separate from God and your brother.

You let go of these false ideas by watching your thoughts with Holy Spirit. Vigilance is required. At this stage it seems to easy to get lost in being a separate identity, separate and alone. This not true but as long as you buy in to the idea of having a separate individual mind, you will experience this. You are learning that this really is a prison you are putting yourself into. You are becoming aware that you have the key in your hand to free yourself. That key is your willingness to step back and let your false perceptions be undone by the Holy Spirit, your true Self.

As you open more and more to be guided by your true Self, you naturally will see past the dream of separation to the one Light of God everyone is. This is your resurrection. This is where your peace and joy reside. Let today be a joyous Easter as you recommit to handing over “life” to the Holy Spirit. As you give your life to the Holy Spirit, you naturally become truly helpful in the great awakening. You naturally become truly helpful in the resurrection of God’s one Son. This is how to be truly happy. This is how to consistently experience the peace of God.

Robert: Each time you judge, you crucify yourself. It matters not whether it appears that you are judging another or yourself. It is always only yourself you crucify. In truth, there is no “other.” Each time you forgive, each time you look past the appearances of form to the Love that is truly there, you are resurrected to your Christ Self.

In each moment, you make the choice between judgment and forgiveness, crucifixion and resurrection. On this day of celebration of resurrection, let it be a day to reinforce your dedication to resurrection. Let it be a rededication to making no decisions on your own. With this dedication, you set yourself on the journey of awakening to the full recognition that you are indeed God’s one Son, complete and holy as Himself.

Letting Go of Ego Plans

Robert:  The ego is inherently insecure because it is the idea of being separate from changelessness. With changeability comes insecurity. To compensate, the ego constantly makes plans in an attempt to control the future and be “safe.” Yet attempting to make order out of illusions is futile. What is inherently unstable at its foundation cannot be made stable by making an illusion of a stable veneer. That’s the best the ego can do.

It is interesting to observe how much of my time I spend in futile attempts to plan for the future. Time seems so real. The ego tells me that if I don’t plan I will be lost. But there is an alternative way to plan. In the section of A Course in Miracles where it says a healed mind does not plan, it also says that a healed mind seeks out the Holy Spirit’s plan and follows His plan.

The Holy Spirit recognizes that we do believe in time and He has a plan that uses time to lead us out of our belief in it. It is a plan of awakening. For me to walk through the dream in peace, I need only let go of my own plans and turn them over to the Holy Spirit. I need only open my mind to Holy Spirit’s plan in each moment. This is the choice for peace. This is the choice for awakening. This is the choice for freedom from guilt. This is all I really want.

Today I will practice vigilance in each moment, that I keep my mind open to Holy Spirit’s plan. He will guide me in all my doing and the doing will be joyful because its purpose is to lead me Home to Heaven.

Mary:  I’m seeing now that waking up to the truth involves staying in the present moment, choosing peace in the present moment. When I make the choice for peace, I am making the choice to open to Holy Spirit’s lead. In this place of peace, I am reminded that nothing matters but my Source. Nothing matters but my return to God. In this moment, I am like the prodigal son choosing to return Home to my Father. When I am in this place of peace, the diversions of the world do not divert me. I do not see these diversions as important or meaningful.

When I consistently practice choosing peace, my values change because they are being led by the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit’s intent is to lead me to the awareness of Where I am in Eternity. In Eternity, the values found in the world of separation are nothing. They are meaningless and are let go of easily. I am brought to the awareness that my job is to extend Love right now in this now moment. That’s all that matters. Right now, just extend Love. Right now, just extend peace. That’s what’s important.

As I allow my values to be changed by the Holy Spirit, this practice becomes easier and more consistent with each passing day. The sense of past and future gently falls away and only the present moment is important because it is another opportunity to extend Love. This is my practice today and every day.

Gratitude for the Light of Love

Robert: My heart is filled with gratitude. I am grateful for the limitless Love God is eternally extending. I am grateful for the Presence in my mind that gently speaks through my heart to remind me of What I am, to remind me of Love. I am grateful that these reminders are brought to my attention in many ways — through books, conversations, situations and even through the news on television.

To the Voice for God, all things can be used to remind me of Love, and I am grateful. I am grateful that Love supplies all that I need, because all I need is Love. I’m grateful for the Love I see in my brothers. I’m grateful for the Love in my heart that I feel when a brother calls for Love. I am grateful for Love.

Holy Spirit through Mary:  Today, practice seeing the Light of Love in everyone. Practice feeling the Light of Love in everyone. Practice extending the Light of Love to everyone. In this way you will see that we are one Light. There are no differences between us. This remembering undoes the ego because the ego is the thought of differences. The Light of Love That is in everyone has no differences.

You will find that the more you practice focusing on the Light of Love in everyone, the happier and more peaceful you will feel. It is a very healing practice. This practice always happens in the now moment. So in each now moment, focus on this practice of seeing the Light of Love. You will find that it is everywhere. This is how you learn that you are only the Light of Love.

Holy Spirit through Annie: The blessing of illumination is touching many minds. For many are opening to the Light of the Truth. This blessing travels at the speed of light when there is openness and willingness. In an instant the Truth can resurrect in your mind and this is illumination. Join in this great event and let Light fill you and bless you today. Amen.
