Accepting Holy Spirit’s Kind and Gentle Help

Mary:
This morning as I go into a place of quiet, I am reminded that the Holy Spirit is always there in my mind, waiting to heal my perception. It is encouraging to remember that Help is always there if I feel frustrated or impatient with any situation. Help is always there if I am not feeling at peace.

To access this Help, it takes my willingness to step back and relax… It takes my willingness give the time to allow His peace to fill my mind… It takes my willingness to let go of what I think I know… to let go and let God. This is my practice for today — to accept Holy Spirit’s help all through the day.

Robert:
Today my practice is to let every situation be used on behalf of awakening. To do this it is important that I be vigilant for peace that my mind may be open to Holy Spirit’s kind and gentle lessons. This is how I will loose the world from all I thought it was.
