Willingness to Accept the Power of Love

²Your little effort [to find the Light] and small determination call on the power of the universe to help you, and God Himself will raise you from darkness into light. ³You are in accord with His Will. ⁴You cannot fail because your will is His.

…what you undertake with God must succeed. ⁶Then let the power of God work in you and through you, that His Will and yours be done.

⁴My grievances hide the light of the world in me. ⁵I cannot see what I have hidden. ⁶Yet I want to let it be revealed to me, for my salvation and the salvation of the world. (A Course in Miracles, W-69.7:2-4;8:5-6;9:4-6. See also ACIM Lesson 69 Insights.)

The dream of conflict, pain and loss is an expression of our grievance against God for not granting us special favor. It is His Will that we have all of His Love eternally, without limit. There can be no differences in the Love He extends to all His Sons equally.

To welcome the Light of His Love, we must be willing to set aside our grievances. Our little willingness lets the power of the universe of Love heal our mistaken perceptions. Its Light reveals a forgiven world where we recognize our unity with every brother and our Father.
