Extending Love in the Now Moment

Today we practice extending Love in the now moment… We do this by relaxing… and letting Love in… We let our mind be filled with God’s Love… We become aware that Love cannot be limited… It just naturally expands to include everything and everywhere…

Extending the Love that we are is our natural beingness… As we continue our practice of accepting our reality as Love and extending the Love we are, we naturally become aware of Love’s Presence everywhere…

If we notice a thought that interferes with our awareness of Love, we ask Holy Spirit to help us see with His vision… This practice nurtures us and energizes us… It fills us with an innate sense of happiness and well being… All this comes as we practice accepting and extending Love in the now moment.
