Each Day Is a New Beginning

Each day is a new beginning when we remember to release the past and stay in the present. It is in the present that we are open to receive all the presents that God is constantly giving us. These are the presents of joy, peace, lasting happiness and Love.

As we accept these gifts, we naturally share them because sharing our one true Self is our true nature as God created us. The joy expands as we let God’s gifts bubble forth, like the flow of an eternal spring of Love. We are part of an ever-expanding sea of God’s Love.

Accept Love as Love Is

Each minute is another step toward accepting Love as Love is. As we make accepting Love our highest priority, we receive a constant flow of many, wonderful, little, easy steps to guide us on our way.

As we continue to be willing to be led, as we continue to hand over the reins, we receive a constant flow of gifts. We receive a constant flow of happiness. And as we receive, we extend to the world. This is what today and every day is for. And we give thanks.

Love’s Gentle Flow

When we know we are immersed in Love’s gentle flow, we experience ourselves being carried gently through our day with no sense of efforting. We receive the perfect inspiration, as we need it all through the day, to complete our role of service to the awakening.

We find joy in doing our part in Holy Spirit’s plan, whether it is cleaning the gutters, talking on the phone, or any seemingly mundane task. When we are following the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, our every task is filled with joy.

How Can I Serve Holy Spirit’s Goal Right Now?

Every minute is another opportunity to serve Holy Spirit’s goal of awakening. Our next step in awakening is always presented to us in our next now moment. As we follow in each now moment our mind healing lessons, the pathway is laid for our continued awakening to the truth.

We can procrastinate and delay, but eventually we come to the time when it becomes our top priority to follow Holy Spirit in each now moment. This paves the way to the next now moment and our awakening accelerates. Our need for time lessens. Our journey of return is a joyful experience that is shared equally with all. Oh happy days!

Be in the Flow with the Holy Spirit

Go with the flow of the Holy Spirit in the moment. Remind yourself through the day, “I would follow; I would not lead.” Be receptive and open in each moment. The Holy Spirit leads you to the Kingdom of Heaven. The Holy Spirit leads you to the experience of deep peace. The Holy Spirit shows you the difference between the real and unreal and awakens you to the awareness of Love’s Presence. Listening to Holy Spirit is what today is for.

Letting My Misperceptions Be Corrected

My job is to extend Love equally to all. That includes the politician whose views seem to conflict with mine. It includes the driver who doesn’t follow the rules of driving I think are important. It includes the person who seems to be dirty or doesn’t dress as i think they should. It includes everyone who I may be tempted to judge. All judgments must be laid down if I am to extend Love equally to all.

To move toward this free extension of Love, my practice today is to bring every judgment that comes to my mind to the Holy Spirit with willingness to let my misperception be corrected. Thus will the divisive judgment be replaced by the unifying recognition that we are all one Love. There is no distance between us.

I Listen to My Inner Teacher

As I listen to my Inner Teacher, I know that everyone in my life is there for a reason. As I recognize the Light of Love within me more and more, I naturally want to extend It out. In every moment I am given the perfect circumstances to do that. I feel grateful to my Inner Teacher that my purpose is so clear. I have this minute to give Love… and then I have the next minute… and the process continues, bringing me more joy and a deeper sense of peace. (Excerpt from Pathways of Light 30-Day Home Study Program, Listen and Receive, Week 2, Day 14)

As I am willing to receive the peace of my true nature, simple, uncomplicated Love comes with it. What appeared difficult before is dissolved and replaced with a knowing that all is well. And for this practice, I give thanks.
