God’s Strength Is Ours

To identify with the ego is to identify with weakness, because it is the denial of the strength of God in us. To identify with the Love of God as what we are is to identify with God’s strength. We have but these two choices for our identity. The first is the choice for nothing; the second is the choice for Everything.

Today we will remind ourselves frequently that we are sustained by the Love of God. The Love of God is our strength. It is what we are. And what is true for us is true for every brother. If we see the appearance of weakness in a brother, we will remind ourselves that he is sustained by the Love of God, as are we.

This practice opens our hearts and minds to welcome God’s Love, to welcome our true Identity. As we remember this, we identify with God’s strength as ours.
