Happiness Comes with Forgiveness

Judgment and unhappiness always occur together. My prayer today: “Holy Spirit, help me to recognize when I am judging. Help me to release those judgments into your Hands. I am willing to let them go. With Your help, I will look past them to the Light of Love in my brothers, Whose Light will shine on me, reminding me that I am one with them in Love. This is how I will know happiness.

Happiness comes with forgiveness. If I observe that I am not feeling happy, my opportunity is to forgive or hand over the thoughts I am holding on to to the Holy Spirit for a thought reversal. This is how I am awakened from the dream of separation. This is how I am freed from the pain of judgment.

My practice for today is to observe the level of happiness I am allowing in the present moment. My practice for today is to hand over all unhappy thoughts to the Holy Spirit and allow my mind to be transformed. This is how I let go, open to the truth and let healing be.
