I Want to Serve God’s Plan Today

All I really want is to serve God’s plan today — to extend Love. To me this means that no matter what I am doing — whether it’s driving down the street, talking on the phone or working at the computer — beyond the form, Love is being extended. That means I’m not judging. Rather I’m letting Love guide all my thoughts.

To do this, I need to be vigilant for peace, which is an attribute of Love. Whenever there is a disturbance to my peace, it is a signal that I need to reinforce my focus on the peace that is within me. This is my practice for today. This is how I will serve God’s plan today.

I serve God’s Plan when I am willing to step back from making plans of my own. I serve God’s Plan when I am willing to go to a place of quiet in my mind and listen, instead of engaging in the ego’s constant chatter. I serve God’s Plan when I am willing to stop, relax, and let the Holy Spirit take charge.

God is very quiet. In God’s quiet I am led to be aware that I am one with every brother and that every brother is one with God. In this sacred place of quietness, I see that we share the same Mind of Love, eternally. This is where I place my trust today.
