Opening to Holy Spirit’s Guidance

Our doing in the world can be chaotic or peaceful, depending on which guide we choose to follow. The ego’s guidance always carries underlying fear and its primary intent to seek and not find means it always leads to chaos.

On the other hand, the Holy Spirit’s goal is always to lead us to the experience of the peace of our true Self. This peace is reflected in our doing in the world as ease, gentleness and helpfulness. There is no conflict in peace,so our doing as guided by Spirit is free of anxiety or strain.

Our practice today is to open to Holy Spirit’s guidance in each moment, following His lead in the way of gentleness and ease. With this practice it will be an inspired day.
