Opening to the Light of Love

There is no death because the Son of God is like his Father. Nothing you can do can change Eternal Love. Forget your dreams of sin and guilt, and come with me instead to share the resurrection of God’s Son. And bring with you all those whom He has sent to you to care for as I care for you. (A Course in Miracles C-5.6:9-12)

We do not go Home alone because we go Home by recognizing that we are not alone. It is only the mistaken belief that we are separate that makes us feel that we are not alone. Yet we were created by Love as Eternal Love. That will never change. To return Home we must let the Light of Love, the Holy Spirit, shine away our misperceptions so that the Eternal Love that is everywhere and in everything is recognized.

Today we will practice opening our minds to the Holy Spirit’s Light to let It shine on all our perceptions. His Light will show us the truth of our unity with every brother and of the Love that we share. In gratitude we join with our brothers and walk with them into the Light of our Home.
