Receiving Holy Spirit’s Insight and Peace

Come to the holy instant and be healed, for nothing that is there received is left behind on your returning to the world. And being blessed you will bring blessing. Life is given you to give the dying world. …The holy instant’s radiance will light your eyes, and give them sight to see beyond all suffering and see Christ’s face instead. (A Course in Miracles, T-27.V.6:1-3,5.)

Today we practice going to our quiet mind in our inner place of peace. And in this holy place we receive the inspiration we need to guide us through the day.

We let go of doing things on our own and strengthen the habit of joining with the Holy Spirit in every situation that comes up. In quietness is every problem quietly resolved. And for this constant inner Help, we give thanks.
