Remembering and Accepting Peace

Robert:
Judgment always brings conflict with it. Forgiveness always brings peace with it. If I want to be at peace, I need to be willing to let go of all my judgments and opinions that I have carried with me from the past. As I am willing to give all my judgments and opinions to the Holy Spirit and let them go, I leave an open space into which the vision of Christ can flow. This is my practice for today.

Mary:
A helpful way to practice handing over all my opinions based on the past is to remember the sentence, “I could choose peace instead of this.” Saying this frequently to myself all throughout the day opens the door to accepting the peace of the Holy Spirit, which is always there for me. Accepting the peace of my true Self changes my experience in the present moment. It helps me see with Holy Spirit’s vision. This is my practice for today.
