The Joy of Loving

Holy Spirit to Robert:  There is great joy in extending Love. There is great depression and isolation in judgment. Love sees no differences, for It sees only Itself extended. Judgment sees differences because it is an attempt to disconnect and limit. In every moment you choose between the joy of loving and the sad isolation of judgment.

Now is the time to give up your pathetic attempts at judgment. You have no real basis for judgment so you make up images and stories that seem to justify your judgment. Now is the time to turn over all your vain attempts at judgment to the Holy Spirit in your mind, Who alone can judge truly, being united with Love.

Love’s judgment is simple: What is not Love is not real. The dedicated practice of turning all your thoughts over to Love for Its healing judgment will return you to the joy of loving. Now is the time.

Holy Spirit to Mary:  Today practice stepping back and relaxing frequently. Practice stepping back, taking a deep breath and letting go. Practice opening to the stillness of God’s peace.

Practice listening to the Holy Spirit, Who is right there in your mind. The Holy Spirit will bring you to the truth that you are still safe in the Mind of God. You have never left Heaven. You are still as God created you. You are perfect Love and the dream is just a dream. Practice stepping back frequently today and allowing the truth to return to your mind.
