With Peace Comes Certainty

Holy Spirit to Robert:
You are eternally safe in the heart of Love. As you walk through the day in the world of dreams, it seems that there are many decisions to make. The choices may seem complicated and you may be uncertain about which choice is best. This uncertainty occurs because of the ego’s conflicting goals. These goals are not yours and they do not serve you.

The Holy Spirit’s goal is always certain because it is one. It is the Holy Spirit’s function to lead you back to the full remembrance of your Home in Love. Step back from the ego’s goals. Take time to return to the Source of peace within you and accept the Holy Spirit’s goal, for in truth it is yours.

As you let loose of the ego’s artificial values, every decision becomes as clear as a sunbeam lighting your way. You accept the Holy Spirit’s certainty as your own. Let this be your focus today and you will share the Holy Spirit’s certainty and Love.

Holy Spirit to Mary:
Focus on accepting God’s peace today. Let yourself feel the comfort and safety it brings. Let yourself be aware of its gentleness and certainty, erasing all doubt from your mind. Let accepting peace be your priority today and you will be extending peace to the world. This is your function today.

Let Your Mind Be Still

Holy Spirit to Mary:
Allow time for quiet… Let your mind be still… Open to the Light of truth… Relax your hold on the dream story of separation… Let Love’s stillness fill your mind… Let the comfort and peace of Love fill every concern… Give time to resting in God… Give time to accepting God’s peace and joy… Remember you are safe as God created you and that nothing has happened to change what you are eternally… Let yourself remember that you rest in God today…

Holy Spirit to Robert:
Let peace carry you today. Peace opens the door to true vision. In peace you see past images to the Love that is in all things and is everything. There is no conflict in peace, for there is no judgement in peace. Let peace carry you in each moment today.

Peace First

Robert:
My prayer today: Holy Spirit, I give You all my opinions and judgments and goals. They do not serve me. Help me to see as You see. I want only to join in Your purpose. The world was made for a goal I no longer want. I choose instead the function You give it, which brings me back to my Home in Love. I walk with You in gratitude today.

Mary:
Today it is my practice to open to the peace of God that is always in my mind, waiting for my acceptance. By being willing to join with the peace of God, I will receive the inspiration I need in the moment. Peace first.

Content with Love

Mary:
This is my prayer today: I choose to remember that I remain as God created me. This is accomplished by seeing the Christ in every brother. This is accomplished by accepting the peace that every brother is. Love is simple and uncomplicated. In Love there is nothing to fear. I choose to remember that I am immersed in Love today. I choose to remember the Love that every brother is today. I choose to be content with Love. Amen.

Robert:
I rest in the changelessness of Love today. Changeless Love is my Home. It is What I am. Any thought of fear, limitation or lack simply comes from believing I am not Love. Today I will join with Holy Spirit in my mind to see the Love in every brother and thus remember the Love I am.

Be Content

Holy Spirit to Robert:
Be content with Everything. God has given you all of Himself. There is nothing else to have. Discontent of any kind means only that you have not accepted what you have been given and is already yours.

Rest in Everything. Rest in your Self. They are the same. You perceive a world of separate images because you believe you are not your Self. Yet within you the Self you are remains at peace and offers you a haven from the fevered dreams that show you a world of limitation. Rest in your Self. Rest in Everything. Remember that this place of rest is always in you, ever present as you walk through your day.

Frequently today, remind yourself as you consider an image of any kind — be it a computer activity, a thought about a friend, a building, a machine, a personality — that you have and are Everything. Nothing can change that. To every temptation, respond with the thought “I have and am Everything.”

Holy Spirit to Mary:
Today practice stepping back and letting yourself be carried. Remember that you need not do anything on your own. Let the Me guide you all through the day. Another way to say this is to let peace lead the way. Choose peace and follow where peace leads. Follow simple uncomplicated Love. Let the Me be in charge of your day and your day will be filled with peace and joy.

Our One Assignment

Mary:
In our reading this morning, Jesus is very specific about what our assignment is:

Teacher of God, your one assignment could be stated thus: Accept no compromise in which death plays a part. Do not believe in cruelty, nor let attack conceal the truth from you. What seems to die has but been misperceived and carried to illusion. Now it becomes your task to let illusion be carried to the truth. Be steadfast but in this; be not deceived by the ‘reality’ of any changing form. Truth neither moves nor waivers nor sinks down to death and dissolution. And what is the end of death? Nothing but this; the realization that the Son of God is guiltless now and forever. Nothing but this. But do not let yourself forget it is not less than this. (ACIM, M-27.7 italics added)

The keys for me is to remember that nothing that changes is real. The second key is to remember that the whole Sonship is innocent, which includes everyone in this dream. There is no death. The truth in us all is eternal. We are all eternally safe and innocent. Nothing can happen to change God’s one Son. Herein lies peace. We are in Heaven now and nothing can change that truth. Thank God all the ego stories are merely illusions. Thank God only Love is real.

Robert:
My prayer today: Holy Spirit, help me to see with Your vision today. Help me remember the gift of Love that is given me to share. Help me to be truly helpful. I walk with you in gratitude today.

The Gift of Remembering

Holy Spirit to Mary:
You are in the process of allowing in the truth that you are in Heaven now and you remain in Heaven eternally… What helps you remember this truth about yourself is to allow in this remembrance about every brother you meet or even think of… Every brother in your dream is in Heaven now. Every brother is the Christ, as you are.

Letting this memory of the truth return is how you can be truly helpful. Fear dissolves as you allow the miracle of this truth to return to your mind. You, along with every brother, are Heaven. Dreams are nothing and nowhere. You are learning not to take the dream so seriously. You are learning that every brother is safe in Heaven along with you. Letting this remembering return is your practice today. Oh happy day!

Holy Spirit to Robert:
You give yourself a gift each time you see innocence in your brother. You give yourself a gift each time you remember your brother is not a body, but only Love. You give this gift by joining with the Holy Spirit, your true Self, in your mind. It is in this joining that you are able to recognize the truth in your brother and look past the false images of the dream.

You cannot see the truth in your brother nor in yourself while you believe you are alone. But when you join, the thought of separation is recognized as nothing and nowhere. Let us walk together today and give the blessing of true Vision to all our brothers, who are one with us.
