A New Way to See

WB Lesson 76 Or the Sick Mind

I am under no laws but God’s.
The body suffers just in order that the mind will fail to see it is the victim of itself. The body’s suffering is a mask the mind holds up to hide what really suffers. It would not understand it is its own enemy; that it attacks itself and wants to die. It is from this your “laws” would save the body. It is for this you think you are a body.  W-76.5.4-7

There are no laws but God’s. God’s laws forever give and never take. Magic imprisons, but the laws of God make free. The light has come because there are no laws but His.

The idea that there could be something other than Love has made me insane (split mind). There is no opposite to Love. A sick body denies the truth, for it would maintain that Love is powerless, that God is fallible, that there is change in the immutable. Sickness is a defense against the truth that I am God’s Son, not a body.

Spirit: The sick mind attacks itself and so suffers and dies. The body but reflects what the mind wants. The sick mind believes in a causeless dream about rebellion, strife and conflict. It could not get special love and then thought that it was not loved at all. It then believed it was not complete, being outside the whole. If you but look with Holy Spirit at this whole scenario, you can only laugh at such foolish thoughts. He would show you that you have not left Home. You cannot be apart from Love. He will show you that you are still love, like Love Itself; without separation, without guilt or condemnation.

Sit quietly and imagine being completely without guilt. The clouds (thoughts) of guilt cannot stop you, with Spirit you move past the meaningless thoughts. All of Heaven supports you. When false thoughts surface, remind yourself: “This thought I do not want. I choose instead _______.” ~~~God is but Love, therefore so am I. I am as Love created me. I am under no laws but God’s. Only Love is real. I am safe, whole and loved.  There is no will but God’s, there is no love but God’s.

God Loves His Son and His Son Loves Him

Dreams the last 2 mornings have been showing me the guilt I have buried, concerning my former partner.
Spirit:
The ‘ego’ keeps you in chains; guilt is its mainstay and its cause. Yet you made it and the dream that you are guilty. This was done to support the first erroneous idea that you could leave your Creator. You are not a separate identity (ego) and you actually need no defense, no protection from outside attacks. You are mistaken and have made a choice to identify with with a thought you made yet will/can never be “you.”

In this dream got you to see that you still love (extend love to) your brother and this will never change. It is not the special love that you both once searched for. Yet if you recognize that do love your brother and this has not changed, you then can not be guilty as charged. When you realize (real-eyes) his innocence you then can know your own.

What you made in the waking dream never really happened and the former husband only played the role you assigned him. This scenario appeared in your mind by the belief that you were guilty of leaving God, and the ego’s function is to make certain that you remain chained in guilt. Giving up all false beliefs to Love (Holy Spirit) for correction, frees you of the insane ideas that you are guilty, condemned and merit eternal punishment. Give up the false ideas of separation and you accept the truth of your Creator and your Self. You did not make a separate self, you remain as God created you. There is nothing in you that is not of God.

Remember this day, that you never ceased loving your brother. Any story made by the little mind has not changed the eternal truth of Love. You did not “kill” your brother, you did not maim him in reality. The dream of guilt is over, for you love your brother, you are forever innocent as he. Remember this only and not the shadows in a dream made in madness and fear.

• Addendum:  “.... for you have come with but one purpose; that you learn you love your brother with a brother’s love. And as a brother, must his Father be the same as yours, as he is like yourself in truth.”  T.31.II. 10, 5-6

Workbook Lesson 67

Love created me like Itself.

Only Love is real. What is unreal does not exist. What I perceive as fearful (not wanted) is only in my mind, my mistaken thoughts. Am I not glad to learn they are not real? My salvation or safety does not lie in mistaken thoughts, it does not come from being “right.” Being right has not brought happiness. Am I willing now to be wrong about my choices? What I thought was important is revealed as nothing—need I be upset over nothing? What is not there cannot be a cause of anything.

Let me learn that the ego is not here, it is not real because Love created it not. It is only a meaningless idea and I can withdraw my faith in it. Love created me like Itself, limitless, perfect, eternal, all inclusive. Love sustains me in every way. Love Is.

All There Is Is Love

I’m sure you have all thought of the Beatle’s song, “All You Need Is Love.” This is what came to mind this morning for me:

Modified: All there is is Love. All you are is Love. All I am is Love.

When I accept that all I am is Love, then I cannot fear. I will have chosen to remember the Love, and that is Reality.

My pitiful dream of separation has no effect on Love my Creator, or on my Self. My dream has made me insane, believing in things/forms that are meaningless. I touch things that are not there and interact with bodies that are not here. The delusion I have made keeps me prisoner, yet the power of my thoughts can set me free as well.
In my willingness is my release. I am willing to see as Spirit directs me, I’m willing to release my pictures of a separated world. The wholeness (holiness) of Love is what I choose to see, the sinlessness and perfection of God’s Son is all I choose to see.

Love answers every call; Love resolves every problem. There is nothing to see but Oneness/Love.

“There’s nothing you can do that can’t be done.
Nothing you can sing that can’t be sung.
Nothing you can say but you can learn how to play the game.
It’s easy.

“Nothing you can make that can’t be made.
No one you can save that can’t be saved.
Nothing you can do but you can learn how to be You in time.
It’s easy.

“Nothing you can know that isn’t known.
Nothing you can see that isn’t shown.
Nowhere you can be that isn’t where you’re meant to be.
It’s easy.”

All there is is Love. All you are is Love. All I am is Love.

WB Review lessons

These are some thoughts that came to mind.

Trying to make my thoughts (of separation) true is a meaningless endeavor. I can never succeed. Thinking that I am alone, I make everything an enemy to me, worthy of my judgement and condemnation. If I can condemn then I think I can be condemned (attacked).

As long as I search in the dark, I will not find truth or peace. As long as I cling to my illusions I will not be happy. Trying to make the unreal real will never be accomplished. Truth is true. It cannot be altered, adjusted or changed. Truth is changeless, eternal, complete. Am I willing to accept the truth?

Dear Lord, please help me to feel my feelings and view my thoughts without judgment. Instead of allowing feelings to surface I have made judgments, rather then giving them to you. The only ‘reason’ for this dream is my belief that I turned away from my Creator. The purpose of this dream can be changed to the healing of God’s Son, or the mind that thought separation could be true.

(I have no neutral thoughts, I see no neutral things.)
My thoughts are either true or false. Only the thoughts I think with God or Love are true. Thoughts that teach I am a body are false. This is only a mistake not a sin. Am I willing to be wrong in my choice(s)? And allow my errors to be corrected?

(I am not alone in experiencing the effect of my seeing and my thoughts.)
Minds are joined. In truth there is only one Mind. I have denied the truth and made myself sick. Is the world of separation worth the cost of my sanity?  Sharing love is my correction and healing.

(I am determined to see.)
What has never happened can have no effects. I am willing to have my thoughts corrected, that I can recognize that unreal/impossible thoughts have no effect.

WB Lesson 47

God is the strength in which I trust.

What does this mean to me? ~~~ Since I do not know what anything is for, how can I discern what to trust? If there is a part of mind that believes the world is out to take things from me, how do I find trust? If I attempt to trust myself, I fail because the separated mind does not know every outcome to my choices.

The following ideas I find very comforting; reminding me of the truth.

W-41.3.—- Deep within you is everything that is perfect, ready to radiate through you and out into the world.
W-47.5.—- 3 It is not by trusting yourself that you will gain confidence. 4 But the strength of God in you is successful in all things.
W-47.7.—- 4 There is a place in you where there is perfect peace. 5 There is a place in you where nothing is impossible. 6 There is a place in you where the strength of God abides.                                   
W-47.8.—- 3 Remember that peace is your right, because you are giving your trust to the strength of God.

WB Lesson 45

This lesson gave me an idea for a “reminder” came to me a few years ago.

I now recognize what God would have me do is possible.

I understand what God
would have me do
is what I want to do.

I now realize that I cannot fail
in doing what God
would have me do.
