Imagined Wants

I notice this morning, the ego is looking to find something to feel good with. It looked at various food items (ice cream, cookies, granola) but my Guide asked did I really want that? It seemed like ice cream gave me pleasure in the past, but it was only fleeting satisfaction. That is when I realized that any thing that the ego ‘offers’ me will never bring peace nor fill the the empty feeling within.

What I truly yearn for is connection with my Source. The child within seeks only to go Home, to rest in Love, and inhale the peace and joy ….. The call of Love asks simply that I let go of the imagined wants and needs, and to simply be what I am in truth. There is no striving in this, only a willingness. To cease my doing and to follow, to gently accept whatever appears to be happening, to receive meaning only from Holy Spirit. For when I choose to follow, I am led to remember what is true, where I am, and who I am.

In every choice I make, I either hold the hand of the ego or of my true Teacher. When I hold the ego’s hand I cannot enter my Home. I mistake illusions for reality when I choose the hand or help of the ego. When I choose the hand or help of my inner Teacher I have all of Heaven assisting me; I find my fears melt away like snow under a bright sun. I recognize that I love my Creator and He loves me.

I Have Another Choice

The ego has got my attention again. It is like a child: “Waaaah! I don’t have enough!”  At least now I identify the wannabes with the ego thought system; I can hear the fear, doubt, dismay and recognize that is is the ego system, and I have another choice—to not listen to it. Or I give the thoughts to Holy Spirit, for I do not want to make them real.

Only Love is real, I was reminded today. Only Love is real, and nothing from the thought system of hallucinations will ever be real. Only Love is real. I surrender all the insane thinking, all that I think I know, for the reality of Love. I am willing to let go, and let God. I am willing to wake from the dream of separation. I am willing to be a messenger for Love. I am willing to be healed, the mind healing that undoes all the rest. (That Holy Spirit unlearns for me). I do not know what anything is for or what anything means.

When I stop struggling to know anything or make it real, then I make room for Love to enter, for Holy Spirit to make correction. I step back from the thoughts of desperation and let peace permeate my mind, and my body. I am willing to see that the body does not need pleasures. I am willing to accept that body is only a thought form in my dream. Ego system has made the body to keep guilt/separation real. It sees that the body is corrupted, vile and without any redeeming value.
If I fall into the ego’s spell, then guilt is assured, the dream continues.

Father, I thank you for Your gifts to me and all the Sons.
Thank you for the Voice that You placed within my mind to guide me out of dreaming.
I am grateful that the truth is always true and was never changed by insane thinking.
Thank you that nothing but Love is true, only Love is real. amen.

You Are Peace

When I was in a state of peace yesterday (using Ho’oponopono) I heard—the Artificial Way.  I have no idea what that means or what it is for.
me: Spirit what would you tell me?

Spirit: You are peace. Peace is your Being. Peace is ‘where’ you began, and peace has no end. In the limited mind, there is no understanding of Peace.
In the One Mind there is only peace, only Love and complete Knowing. In the One Mind is Heaven.

Your job is to clean, clean, clean. Or release, release, forgive. They are the same.

Anything that comes up is there for cleaning that you may be free. This means anything that bothers, disturbs, irritates, threatens, angers, frightens you.
These too, are all the same. Know now that you have the key, a tool to use without fear, that will increase your steps to Home.
This tool of practice will lighten your walk, and deepen your breath. You will relax more and more, as peace becomes your sole goal.
Your deepest yearning is met in peace; peace is where all needs are filled.

At any moment that you are without peace, remember to use your tool, and seek for your mind to be cleaned.
You are much stronger in this practice. Do not forget this.  You are the life and light of Love. You are peace.

Do Not Run Away

One day last month I received this from Spirit:

“Do not run away nor turn your back to Love. There is only one road to Home, and that you walk with Me. You can only move forward, there is no “back” so you either move forward or stand still. If you look back it is sure that fear will be there. Choose to look with Holy Spirit and you will see there is nothing there that is real. The thoughts of separation will vanish in the Light that Love extends.”

“Love holds you gently, surely, perfectly. You walk in Love showing every brother the blessings and healing that Love gives always. Walk the Way of Love and be not afraid. If you make mistakes they are washed gently away, if you perceive wrongly it is corrected when you choose again to hold H. Spirit’s hand. You are as Love created you, there is no loss to remember this.”

We read T.30.V - The Only Purpose section. What I ‘got’ from that was:
          It is always and only my thoughts that I am letting go of.
  Without forgiveness I experience pain (guilt).
  Forgiveness washes joyfully away all that stood between your image of   yourself and what you are.

More With Ho’oponopono

I have paraphrased what I read from Dr. Hew Len’s explanation of Self I-Dentity Ho’oponopono

It uses some simple phrases for cleaning, that you say to the Divine.
“I’m sorry” is taking responsibility for everything that shows up in your (my) life.
“I love you” is asking for the removal or transmutation of the old programing (memories).
“Please forgive me” is seeking help in forgiving my self.
“Thank you” is the trust that the Divine has done the rest (for the highest good).

Memories are old programs replaying (in the subconscious). Zero limits is our zero state which is no memories, no identity (little self). Nothing but the Divine.

It is my responsibility to fix (clean) everything I experience, by connecting to the Divine. When some “problem” appears in my life, the question to ask is: “What is going on in me that has manifested this problem and how can I rectify this problem in me?” Or I can say: “Please forgive me for whatever is going on inside of me that manifests this problem.”

Dr. Hew Len says that we are either coming from memories (old programing) or from inspiration.
“At heart [spirit] we are all pure, with no programs or memories or even inspirations. That’s the zero state; there are zero limits there. But as we live [dream], we catch programs and memories, much like some people catch a cold. We aren’t bad when we catch a cold, but we do whatever it takes to clean it. Programs are the same. We catch them. When we see a program in another, we have it too. The way out is to clean.”

I see this as another tool to “do” what the Course is asking me.
To take 100% responsibility for everything in my life (no exceptions) without guilt.
To ask for release from the programing (thoughts) I have made up.
The willingness to have the thought/memories removed or transformed.
To trust that Holy Spirit/Divine has done their part, that it is complete.

I have found that this method will bring me back to peace. From peace I can extend love, joy and more peace. That is God’s Will for me, is it not?

What came to mind is that when you are saying ‘I love you’ that you can not experience fear or judgment, and not even separation.
When you practice this method, you return to peace…. And from peace you receive what Holy Spirit/Inspiration would give you.
In peace I am open to receive and to extend what I have received. In peace I am aware of what I already have and Who I Am.
