WB Lesson 174

After reviewing Lesson 174, these thoughts came to mind.

        God is but Love, and therefor so am I.
  Into His Presence would I enter now.
  God is but Love, and therefor so am I.
  Today I learn to give as I receive.
  God is but Love, and therefor so am I.

The world shows me what I do not want, what I have rejected and denied in myself.
I think I can rid myself of what I don’t want by putting it outside of me, but thoughts leave not their source.

The picture (image) of the world shows me what I believe is “wrong” with me, it shows my my guilt and fear. Holy Spirit, I acknowledge this wrong perception, I am willing to see this differently.
I am willing to see that there is nothing wrong with me, I am willing to be as Love created me—a Thought in the Mind of God, extending love and rejoicing in unity.

I am willing to have my thought of separation corrected completely. I am willing to laugh at the dream images I have made and let them go.
For you will give me the clarity of truth and heal my mind of the thoughts and images of pain, suffering, punishment, and sacrifice.
I commit to you, to allow my insane thoughts be taken to the Light. I commit to inviting Love into my mind and being aware of your gentle, sure correction for my unreal thoughts.

My thoughts are images that I have made.
This world holds nothing that I want.
My Father has given me everything and today I learn to give as I receive.
I bless the world because I bless (love) my Self. I accept complete forgiveness for myself.

Every Mistake

Every mistake must be a call for love. What, then, is sin?
What could it be but a mistake you would keep hidden; a call for help that you would keep unheard and thus unanswered?
T-19.III. 4; 7-9

Every mistake must be a call for Love.
Spirit: Do not make a mistake into sin. See it as only a mistake—that H.S. will correct without fail as you are willing.
Hide not the mistaken thought, for then you think it is real, but it is not. Mistakes are easily, gently and patiently undone—with your choice to see differently.
Bring your shadow thoughts and dark spots to H.S. He will show to you the unreality of them. Be willing to let go—and discover the beauty within that you are.

Be wary when you think you are “right” about anything. Be willing to be led and allow that you do not know what anything is for.
Rely on the One who knows for you. Trust in His role and His direction.
In quiet or peace you receive from the Complete Mind; your connection is with Him and through Him.
Have faith that you will succeed because He is with you. Always He is with you.

My Brother Is a holy Son

Recent thoughts of the universal Son.

And this you give today: See no one as a body.
Greet him as the Son of God he is,
acknowledging that he is one with you in holiness.
W-158.8

There is no difference between my brother and my self, Love created all the Sons as One. There is no difference, all are equal, complete and whole in His creation. 
The brother that I think I “see” is not really there. He is a reflection of some belief I hold in my mind. If I look with egoic reference, then I see images based on fear.
If I choose another way to see, with Holy Spirit, then I see images based on Love or the call for Love.

If I remember that my brother is one with me, the same as me, the fearful thoughts dissipate.
I ask to see differently, and let Holy Spirit show me what is behind the image I have made.
As I choose to let every hurtful thought be undone, I accept Love’s Guidance more often.
I learn that I need not hold onto the hurting thoughts that are false.

Recent Thoughts

Here are some thoughts that came to heal my perception.

“The power of decision is my own.” This day I will accept myself as my Father’s Will created me.
There is nothing to fear. Nothing to fight against. You can relax now. Let the mind relax, let the thoughts float by, do no attach any meaning to them.
Recognize they are not your real thoughts. True thoughts you think with God.                                   
Relax the mind and let your thoughts be cleansed—- not by you but only Holy Spirit. As you uncover and let go of nothing thoughts you fill your function and allow H.S. to do His.

“There is no love but God’s.”  There is one life and that I share with Him.
Only my thoughts can effect me. All the shadows of illusions, the fleeting remnants of fear can do nothing. There is no harm—- only harmlessness.
Love undoes all fear, as you choose to value that that is loving and lovable.
Love heals all perception as you are willing to let of of the valueless perception, valueless meaning. Love is the way I walk in gratitude.

Moving Through the Dark

This message came to me today.

Dear one,
You think you need to figure out the puzzle—there is no puzzle as there is no world. You need only to let go of the game you play with yourself.
You have the belief that to let go is to lose it all. This the false mind has convinced you of.
The movie that you viewed had a fine metaphor: that by going deep, deep into the dark, that freedom is found.
By going deep into your mind and moving through the fears with H.S., you will come to freedom. The dark will disappear, your mind will be in Light,
as it is one with the truth. H. Spirit will never fail you.

You need simply to be willing and take His hand, accept His support, to be led out of the maze of fear, the darkness of meaningless thoughts. Only your delay hurts you.
Holy Spirit would remove all thoughts that hurt—simply real-ize that you do not want those thoughts. Accept they do not protect you; you are not a separate mind nor a body.
There is never loss in giving up that which is not real. Spirit that you are is real, the body is not.

The game you play at is not real. It only costs you the knowing that you hold, the truth is hidden by the game you call living.
You need only to choose again and allow H.S. to guide you. Whatever you think is necessary is only a block to your unified mind.
Give what you can (of your beliefs) to H.S. and then a little willingness will take you far. When your recognize what is valueless, then you no longer want it.

Note: the movie we watched was “City of Ember,” about a 2 teenagers that were finding out the way to leave the underground city. It had been built for protection, but only meant to last 200 years. The “special” box that held the information for evacuation, had been forgotten, then misplaced. In the adventure, the couple eventually found an underground river, when they went in a boat that took them deeper into the dark. Eventually they came to a place that had 3-4 levels of stairs going up; on reaching the outside, it was dark there as well, but it was just night. They saw the sun rise, the blue sky, and figured out a way to send a message to the city.

To me it was a metaphor of going through the dark in my mind with H.S., to find the freedom from letting go of illusions.
