A New Way to See

Be Free of Suffering

Theses thoughts came to me after the Workbook lesson: “I can be free of all suffering today.”

I can be free of all suffering today.
This world holds nothing that I want. The world I think I see is only my dream. Do I recognize that I am only dreaming?  I can be free of all suffering today by knowing that I AM the dreamer of the dream. Nothing is being done to me. I can be free of all suffering by accepting the Voice for Love and allowing It to guide my way.

The Voice for Love is my only Guide, all else is mistakes. If I choose by myself I am lost in my dream, perceiving what I want to find.  If I choose to let this gentle Voice decide for me, I find true peace and love. With the direction of the Voice for Love, I find my way Home. By choosing the Voice for Love, I learn that Love is not to be feared, not to be denied. Let me choose today to listen only to this Voice and not confuse pain for joy and fear for Love.

Beautiful Dreamer

I found this song in a folder, a rendition that Spirit began with me and finished through my partner, Phil.
I was guided to share it with you.

Beautiful Dreamer
Walk in the Light,
Be at My side now,
It’s no longer night.

You dreamt of division,
At war with the One,
Because you’d forgotten
Where Life had begun.

Carry this message,
To those who dream on,
There is no darkness
For those who choose dawn.

Waking only seems empty,
If you dream you’re alone,
But I Am still with you
And We’ll carry on.

I Am still with you

Willingness to Choose

While attending the membership weekend, I had trouble accepting the love that abounded.
I felt out of place, except for the instants that I was giving love/appreciation to others. I had a few times when Spirit spoke to me and I was willing to hear.

Spirit:
” I am with you always. I am with you always.
You need not fear. You need not despair.
I am with you. You are never alone.

“Turn to Me, Turn to Me.
Love alone will wipe away all tears, heal all pain, remove all guilt.
Love alone gives you all that you think you need.
Love alone supports you, sustains you, fills you and never leaves you.
I will remind you all this is true. Turn to Me for truth.

“Blessings on you—dear one.
Blessings flow endlessly.
Open your hands to receive—-
Open the mind to accept.

“You hear all day the ego chatter, yet you have the power to choose again.
Every instant you have the choice, to remember Love or to stay in the dream.
It is not difficult to choose for Love, yet you allow fear to override the perfect choice. Habit has worn a long groove, but it is not insurmountable. It takes only your sincere desire.
Ask: “Decide for me” and then stop, listen or feel the answer within you.”

The workshop presenters were wonderful as were the messages contained in their presentations. One was about Appreciation Inspiration, and I plan on practicing every day—-to write a list of the things I appreciate about others. Once I develop the habit, I can appreciate anyone at any moment—-such a wonderful gift! It also lightens me up because I tune in to Spirit to receive the appreciation thoughts about others.

I appreciate all of you, for your desire to heal your mind and wake up in truth.

Truly Delusional

Recently I wrote to Jesus in my journal…feelings of defeat, hopeless, crying were filling my mind. His response was:

“Sara, the ego is always for your defeat—-since it believes that you will usurp it’s kingdom, it’s throne. Even though the ego is a mistaken thought, it has effects that seem real to you. You have put your belief in what you “see” outside of the body. Your belief in the outer forms keep you chained to the insane mind, to illusions. You are truly delusional.

“When you take a step back from the screen, that is when you are willing to see differently. When you step back and do not attach meaning to anything—-you allow Holy Spirit to fill in with truth. Your frustration stems from the idea that you should be doing things differently. If you did everything differently, then you would be “happy.” Learn that you are not connected to the empty ego thoughts of others, or yourself. Only Love can be shared—-only loving thoughts are real.

“You are connected to All by the Christ Mind. The random, senseless thoughts that bounce in your mind and other’s minds are only a reflection of the condition of the mind. A mind at peace reflects love and knows the truth, Oneness.
A mind in conflict reflects hate and fear, dreaming it is alone, attacked, and without hope of release. The insane dream can only be the latter.

“Learn that stepping back is the way to peace—-for HS will take you there, within your Self to the home of peace. Stepping back allows you to follow HS’s lead in all ways and all doings. Remember that you do not know—-and be willing to learn.”

Me: I find that no matter what Spirit’s response is to me—-It always comforts me, like a sigh of relief. The response often reminds me that “my” egoic thoughts are not real. Perhaps my question to myself is “When will I really be tired of playing this meaningless game?”

Recent Thoughts

These thoughts came to me recently and they are shared with you.

Lesson 275: “God’s healing Voice protects all things today.”
Me: “...protects all things”.....  All things—-I must be included in “all things.”
“I am not a victim of the world I see.” I need not play the role of innocent victim an instant longer. I am the dreamer of the dream. As I continue to turn my dream thoughts over to HS for correction, I am freed of the beliefs I have made.
Only Love is real—-every real thing exists in the protection/safety of Love. A lie cannot change the truth. There is but one Creator, His creation is one, yet unlimited and eternal.
You and I have not left our Source.
Forever and forever I am immersed in Love.

Lesson 276: “God’s Word is given me to speak.”
“My Son is pure and holy as Myself.”
God is but Love and therefore so am I.
I am as God created me.  I am not a body. I am free.  I am spirit.

Spirit: Look not on the past and give no home to empty thoughts that come from the thought of separation. You are as Love created you; you have not left your Source.

Only by forgiving your dreams and images, your thoughts, do you find the happy dream. Your only despair is in the belief that you have separated from Love.  Your “job” is to simply forgive every thought that would maintain that you are not love and that the dream is real.

Watch the thoughts that cross your mind—and do not attach to them. If you focus on a thought, ask yourself: “Is this true? Is this absolutely true?” And let the error be corrected by the One Who knows the truth.

Dream Game

These thoughts came to mind this morning.

What am I not forgiving today?
What am I pushing out of awareness, into the corners and vaults of my unconscious mind?
What do I fear to look at—-because the ego believes that it is the undoing of what is real?
What am I not forgiving today?

What if all my thoughts are not real? It would mean that I have been wrong—-and that this world is not real; my life is not real; the circumstances and events are not real.
“No, no, no,” says the ego, “I won’t allow that!”
If my thoughts are not real, then what am I doing?
Just playing an imaginary game, dreaming a game of spite, shame, and guilt. It is a dream game of separation—-and it is not real. But my belief in it makes it seem real indeed. My belief fuels it, makes it grow, warps whatever glimpse of truth that might shine through to my mind.

I dreamed that I needed a world to hide in, to hide from an angry, killing god. I dreamed that I deserved punishment for my treason to my Creator. (Somewhere in my mind, there is the knowledge that I did not create myself.)
I dreamed that by punishing myself, that that would appease an angry god, buying me “time.” Am I willing now to lay down this foolish game, to lay aside the defenses against truth? Am I willing to follow a different teacher, rather that keep what I have “taught” myself?
Am I willing to be happy rather than right?

Piece by piece, I forgive the thoughts that make my dream. It seems to be piece by piece—-but I really have no concept of how far my forgiveness reaches into the dream.
I forgive the thoughts that seem to separate me from everyone, and from my Creator.
I forgive the thoughts that make me seem special, or wounded, unworthy, sad, sick, vile.
I forgive the thoughts that I project onto others around me. I forgive the pictures/images that I think I see outside of me. I forgive what I think I know—-I remind myself that I do not know what anything is for, nor what anything means.

Does this seem impossible to do?
It is possible because I choose a Teacher Whose only purpose is to free me from my insane wishes, waking me from my dream of fear and despair. The Holy Spirit remembers the truth for me, and always gives the truth to me as I am ready.
Let me remember my readiness——let me remember there is no love but God’s. Let me remember that I remain as God created me. I am His creation forever—-and that will never change. Amen.

Thank you Father, for Your gifts to me.

Just Remember,  It’s a Dream

Dear Readers,
In the confusion and merriment of making a move in the world of form,
I find that part of my mind puts up many forms of resistance to truth. There seems to be a myriad of distractions to keep my attention on the things of this world. Yet I always have choice; do I want illusions or truth, conflict or peace, fear or Love? Today I had a moment to receive insight from Spirit and it follows…..

Me: How can I be truly helpful?
Spirit:” Just forgive, true forgiveness is the way Home.

“You can forgive yourself for all the things that you “save” to make you feel safe.
All things are distractions to keep you “busy” with form, and to forget the truth that remains in you.

“You are not alone Sara, I am forever with you as you are forever with God.
There is no distance in Love, there is no separation in Love, there is no time in Love.
There is no opposite to Love. Love is All there is.

“You fear that you are imperfect, and then you “see” all the ways that you
fail in perfection—-ego says: “you are not perfect, so you are not the same
as God.” You find witnesses to what is false.

“You think that you are are lacking, an impossible child that failed its parents.
So the world became an image of that belief; you failed your father, you failed your mother—-and even your brother and his family. Yet the world is false
perception; false ideas given images to make the world appear real.

“You think that the body is ill. That is another reflection of guilt buried in your mind. It is always the guilt made from the dream of separation from Love.
You still think it happened, that you did separate from your only Source. This is a madman’s dream, with no foundation at all.

“As you continue to pack boxes, and do the chores of everyday, just remember that is is a dream. Remember that it is your purpose to forgive the dream—
let go of each fragment as it appears to you—-it is meaningless. Do not take the form seriously—-the images of form are not real. Give the images to H.S., He will show you what is real. Be willing to let go of your perception, be willing to receive a new thought in place of the old…........there is no greater purpose for you in this moment.”

Me: Thank you Holy Spirit.
