Accepting the Holy Instant

The world is filled with fearful stories of vulnerability, loss and deprivation. It is filled with stories of conflict and differences. We are now learning to take these stories to the Holy Spirit to receive a different perspective. We are learning to take all our uncertainty and doubt and pain to the Holy Spirit, and to see everything through Its healing Light. We are learning to listen and receive the truth behind the illusions of this world.

Our practice today is to consistently open to the holy instant, which is the gift the Holy Spirit brings to us as we open to Its healing Light. We are shown the eternal certainty of our safety in God. We receive the gifts of peace and a deep sense of happiness. We remember that we are being carried as we are willing to let Him heal all our thoughts.
