Seeing Innocence — The Path to Heaven

When I am willing to go to the Holy Spirit regarding any situation, I am always brought to see innocence. I am always brought to see the truth behind the illusion of differences and individuality. I am always brought to the peace and joy that come with Holy Spirit’s perception.

The experience I have with Holy Spirit is so wonderful, so peaceful, I wonder sometimes what took me so long to go there. Focusing on differences and the faults of others does not bring happiness, but only the pain of fear and guilt the ego thought system always brings with it. The Holy Spirit is always with me, waiting to release the chains of bondage that come with the ego.

My focus for today is to be vigilant to see through the Holy Spirit’s eyes instead of the ego’s eyes. Do I want to be happy today? If so, my vigilance to be open to Holy Spirit’s perspective will be strong today.

My only meaningful function in the dream of separation is to see innocence. This vision does not come through the body’s eyes, which were made to only show me images of separation. The ability to see innocence comes from an inner vision in the part of my mind that remembers I am still as God created me.

I don’t need to deny that the body’s eyes show me images of other bodies and forms that appear to be different. I just need to direct my attention to the inner vision that sees past the form. When I give priority to this inner vision, the images presented by the body become just background noise that I disregard as meaningless. Instead my focus is on the meaningful Light of Love that is everywhere to be seen. It is this priority that is the path to Heaven.
