Listening to Spirit

imageIn silence I return.
I need this breath of Love.
I choose silence.
I choose this breath of Love.
Spirit with me now…
The Presence of Love enters…

Perceptions of Love
Fill my existence.
Love is now.
My heart guide.

In silence I return to Love.
There is an edge
Where I am pulled away.
Something tugs at truth.
It is a fine edge
Where I am aware
of my choice
to breathe Love
And to be only Love.

It is in the silence
of returning
that I know and give thanks
for this gift.

My mind is so easily pulled away
The moment I wake up
I begin to roam.

There is a tiny opening in me
that is saying,
“Just breathe
Be silent
and return to Love.

And I realize it is Spirit
Getting my attention
As I begin this day.

Holy Spirit
I am listening.
