Seeing Innocence Everywhere

Yet while you wish to stay in hell, how could you be the savior of the Son of God? How would you know his holiness while you see him apart from [your holiness]? For holiness is seen through holy eyes that look upon the innocence within, and thus expect to see it everywhere. And so they call it forth in everyone they look upon, that he may be what they expect of him. This is the savior’s vision; that he see his innocence in all he looks upon, and see his own salvation everywhere. He holds no concept of himself between his calm and open eyes and what he sees. He brings the light to what he looks upon, that he may see it as it really is. (A Course in Miracles, T-31.VII.11. See also ACIM Text Q & A.)

As we let the veil of separation be lifted, we see the same Spirit of Christ everywhere… We see everyone as God created them… We let the images of separation pass by…

This is how we find our freedom from the hell we made up before. This is how we help every brother and ourselves along with him. As we open to the Light of truth, we see that we are all the same; we are all innocent. We see that nothing has happened to change God’s one Son. We see that differences are part of the dream and are not part of the eternal truth in us all.

We take up our function as being the savior of the Son of God as we are willing to the let the veil be lifted to see innocence everywhere.
