Accept the Gift of Love

Holy Spirit to Robert:  You really want Love. Accept It. It is yours to be received and given. This world is the effect of believing that you do not have what you were given eternally in your creation. Because of this belief you feel deprived and experience lack of Love. Yet you have Love because you are Love. This can never change because it is God’s will.

Forgive the world for its apparent lack of Love. Forgive yourself for believing this could ever be. It’s time to give up playing childish games of make believe. They offer you nothing you really want. Give up the judgment and condemnation. They merely make a veil that seems to separate you from the Love your brother offers you in every instant.

Does a brother seem to bother you? Give this thought to the Holy Spirit and open your heart and mind to His loving correction. Is a situation or circumstance not to your liking? Give it to the Holy Spirit. Give it freely. Release it. It does not belong to you. Let the Holy Spirit show you the Love that does belong to you. Do you feel alone and vulnerable? Give this thought to the Holy Spirit. Let it go to Him. Let Him show you that you can never be alone because you are united with All that is. Let Him show you that you cannot be vulnerable because there is nothing outside of you. He will bring you to the experience of your strength in Love.

You are loved and you are lovable. Accept the gift of Love that is already yours.

Holy Spirit to Mary:  With every brother you see the ego or you see the Holy Spirit in him. Which do you want to see? The Holy Spirit is his essence and you can see It if you are willing. Let this be your practice today, to see the Holy Spirit in every brother.

As you think of him, you will think of yourself. Let yourself see the Christ in him. Let ourself feel the one Christ Spirit that abides in everyone. Let yourself feel the truth of peace and oneness. Let his feeling be your guide today.

Peaceful Productivity

Holy Spirit to Dorie:  Let today be a day of joy and peaceful productivity. Let Me direct. Follow Me. No worries, no fear, just Love, joy and peace.

Holy Spirit to Mary:  Watch your thoughts today. Watch your attachment to certain thoughts. Watch whose hand you are holding as you give meaning to the thoughts. See your innocence. See everyone’s innocence. Remember to laugh at fear thoughts.

Holy Spirit to Robert: Step back from interpreting anything on your own. Let your true Self show you the Love in all things. As you do this, you experience the peace that Love is. In this state your mind is not cluttered with meaningless thoughts of defense and preparation for an imagined future. In this clarity your productivity is maximized, as you allow your Self to be the Director and Guide in every moment.

Love is expressed through form when you allow your Self to be in charge while you seem to be in this world. With your Self in charge, you are in the happy dream of forgiveness and recognizing innocence everywhere.

Step Back and Rest in God

Holy Spirit to Mary: You are as God created you. You are not the individual self you made. This is what you are learning now. Every moment of every day, this is the lesson that is before you. This is the choice you have: You are either believing in the dream or you are letting it go because it is not true.

Look at every circumstance in your dream and ask yourself, “Is this true? Is this real?” Then step back and let the Holy Spirit show you what is true. Let the Holy Spirit show you the difference between the real and the unreal. That is the Holy Spirit’s job. Your job is to listen. Your job is to hand over all the false ideas of separate bodies and separate things. In Holy Spirit’s hands, your belief in them will be undone. This is a process of awakening. This is what truly brings you happiness and peace.

Spirit Self to Annie: The sincerity of your heart brings you closer and closer to truth.

Holy Spirit to Robert: Let yourself rest in God today. Let Love carry you and guide you in every moment. Hold your heart open to Love. This is how you have a peace filled, happy day.

Holy Spirit to Sharyn:  As you watch your thoughts go by, like the clouds moving by, attach yourself to none of them. Just be the observer and allow them to just be and move along. The only thoughts that you attach yourself to are thoughts of God; the thoughts of what God would have you do, where God would have you go and what God would have you say. Then listen for His answer, for that will always be Truth.

Practicing detachment from other thoughts is truly the work for God’s teachers. For when you detach from all thought, you are resting in God. You are experiencing peace. When you experience a deep sense of peace, you can know that you are not attached to any ego thoughts. For all of your or any one else’s thoughts are from ego, if they are not thoughts of God. Let them go.

The Gifts of Christ’s Vision

Robert: I have experienced moments when I saw only Love in another. I felt united with that seeming other person at a heart level that was so strong that there was no sense of difference, no sense of “other.” Just the joyous exchange or continuous flow of Love. This is the blessing Christ’s vision brings this is the way I want to see always, not just in holy instants of lucidity. Christ’s vision is joyous and based in deep peace. All that stands between my perception and Christ’s vision is unforgiven images of the past. This is why it is essential that I practice in each moment bringing all that I perceive to the Holy Spirit for a reality check. He will show me what is real and what is not and help me to disregard what is not real. This is my practice today.

Mary: Today in our reading of the Course, we read, “Time is a trick, a sleight of hand.” I am seeing that I trick myself many times by thinking that this world of time is real. If I am willing to be truly honest and open my mind to my true eternal Spirit, I will be reminded that time is a trick, a sleight of hand.

When it seems like I have so many things to do and so little time to do it, I am believing in the trick. My opportunity today is to step back and listen to the Holy Spirit and receive the peace of God. From this place of peace, I choose the treat instead of the trick. I receive Christ’s vision instead of the ego’s sorry antics. I receive health instead of sickness. I receive Love instead of fear. Which will I choose today? Today is a day of practice choosing Holy Spirit and the peace that comes with It.

Self to Annie:  A miracle is the perfect use of time for it brings a thought made in time into timelessness. Holy Spirit will take us by the hand into timeless miracle mindedness as we let Him. I give my mind to the Light of Spirit today and let Him fly me through the density of horizontal time into the only moment there is, which is now.

Holy Spirit to Sharyn:  Today as I rest in the peace of God and let time go and just be with every thing and everyone, I feel the Oneness. It is in the feeling of this Oneness with every single thing that I finally get it that giving and receiving are one and the same. When I bask in this Oneness, I really realize that there is nobody out there to give anything to. There is only Oneness. God’s gifts to us are part of His Oneness. He sees no differences. His Oneness with all is all there is. I see today what is meant by the words, “I Am.” And then the world sits still and I just bask in His Love.

Invite the Light of God

Holy Spirit to Robert:  Give up your agenda. If you experience impatience or resistance to what is in the present, you have an agenda you believe is not being met. You have decided you have a will apart from God and thus are denying your real will. This agenda will never be satisfied. Let it go. It is not worthy of you.

Only Love will satisfy you and it has but one agenda: To extend Itself in perfect unity. In this perfect unity you will find rest. In this perfect unity you will see the magnificence in your brother and recognize it as your own. You will experience the joy of the constant flow of Love extending. Accept God’s agenda. It is your own. Here you will find the satisfaction you seek. You will experience your unity with all that Is. You will feel perfectly safe. You will know that you are complete.

Holy Spirit to Mary: Invite the Light of God to shine on all your false ideas. Invite the Light of God to shine on every thought of limitation, lack or specialness. Allow the Light of God to shine on every perception of bodies, of individuality. Invite the Light of God into your mind.

Be with it until you feel Love’s Presence. Allow yourself to feel Its peace. Let It bring you to the truth. Let It dissolve all thoughts of separate bodies with separate minds. Let the Light of God shine away belief in separation. Herein lies your peace. Herein lies your health. Herein lies your safety.

Let Love Flow

Holy Spirit to Robert:  Walk gently on the earth. It is not your Home. It offers you nothing you really want. You walk gently as you remember there is no value here. All value lies in Love. Let Love flow across your mind. Let Love flow through and out to all who seem to be outside, all your brothers, all places, all circumstances and situations. While you believe that there still may be some value here, the practice of letting Love flow through you, everywhere, always, will lead you to the full recognition of what you truly value.

You let Love flow as you take each perceived value in the world to the Holy Spirit. He will not take it from you against your will. But when you offer it to Him, He will replace it with the priceless gift of Love. You will not experience loss, only gain. You will know that what you leave behind you do not want. And what you accept of Him is all you want. Be in Love today.

Holy Spirit to Mary:  Today practice letting go and letting God. You let go by relaxing and softening. You let go by letting peace replace all the false ideas that show up in your mind.

As you choose peace, you receive peace. Once you feel the strength of peace, you know by its gentleness and Love that you have allowed the Holy Spirit into your mind. The Holy Spirit knows What you are and Where you are and knows how to lead you to the return to Love.

In this holy state of mind, you merely follow Holy Spirit’s lead. Your trust is strong. You feel happy and contented that you have within you all you need to wake up from the dream of separation. You relax ever so deeply. You feel the gratitude of Holy Spirit’s blessings. You give thanks.

Trust the Strength of God in You

Mary: As I read the Course this morning, what stood out to me was, “Let go all the trivial things that churn and bubble on the surface of your mind, and reach down and below them to the Kingdom of Heaven. There is a place in you where there is perfect peace. There is a place in you where nothing is impossible. There is a place in you where the strength of God abides.” (W-pI.47.7:3-6) When I apply these simple instructions given to us by Jesus, what seemed complicated and difficult becomes smoothed out. I realize I am being carried.

As I practiced these instructions, I received this simple this guidance for today: “Choose to accept God’s peace all through the day. Make that your highest priority, and everything else will be given to you as you need it in each present moment. When you accept peace you are accepting the gifts of your true Self. You are letting yourself be carried.”

Holy Spirit to Robert:  Uncertainty is a sure sign that you are placing your trust where it is unwarranted. When you trust only in the strength of God in you, all doubt and uncertainty disappear. There can be no uncertainty in what is changeless. Being God’s extension, you are changeless and therefore beyond doubt. Doubt can only occur in a mind that believes it is separate from the truth. But you cannot be separate from the truth.

Bring all your questions and uncertainty to the truth in you, the Voice for God, your Self. Your Self shares the certainty and strength of God. Let It make all decisions on your behalf and you will experience the certainty and safety of God’s strength. It is yours to have and be.
