God’s Insurance Plan

One of my favorite quotes from A Course in Miracles  (T-20.IV.8:4-12) is one that is included in Pathways of Light ministerial training course 201: Adventure into the Sacred Life — Introduction to Spiritual Ministry. Here Jesus lovingly explains to us how we are taken by the hand when we commit to following God’s Plan. I feel such power emanating from those words, and I feel so safe when I read them. It’s like having a Mega-Eternal-Perfect-God-Given Insurance Plan with no expiration date. And it’s not “like having,” we do have it forever. Wow!

A Weight Lifted

Miracle Mind Power

I don’t know what happened, how it happened or why it happened, only that it did happen to me in November of 2007. Thanksgiving was coming up and I was thinking about preparations for our family celebration of giving thanks to God for all the good in our lives. The brilliant orange, red and yellow colors of autumn standing out against the deep burgundy and browns of the waning foliage, always calls me to introspection, praise and thanksgiving.
